DEMAG Turbine
One of about half a dozen turbines in the compressed air shop of Bochumer Verein für Gußstahlfabrikation ← Krupp Stahl, Bochum, Germany. While most parts of this huge steel mill right in the center of Bochum were closed down several decades ago, the compressed air shop remained in service until the mid-1990ies, serving the nearby Nirosta stainless steel works until it errect such a shop on its own site. At Bochumer Verein, steel casting was invented. Demolished.
