Ping-o-Matic One of the most annoying things when posting a new blog entry is having to wait until MT worked through the XML-RPC pings list - as one specific pinging service tends to time out, it severely slows down the process of instant publishing. Up comes the idea to build a ping relay that sends all required pings when triggered once. Enter Ping-o-Matic which launched today. This is an early version that has to be triggered manually - it really needs a ping receiver :-)

Linkdumps del.icio.us is good, but not good enough: I can't add attribution data to a link. What about adding categories to Simon Willison's Blogmarks system that automagically builds the "via"-link from the referer data? (Note to self: MT backend? Simple PHP backend, possibly using funky caching?)
